I work as an oncology pharmacist specializing in the care of patients with leukemia. After surviving acute myeloid leukemia, I have dedicated my professional career to caring for others who face a similar diagnosis. My time as a patient led me to discover writing, beginning with my self-published memoir, Four Walls, detailing my journey as a patient, and most recently Beyond Those Four Walls describing my path to finding purpose, growth, and peace through my most difficult challenges in life. I hope to help others do the same.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and walking with my wife, Madison, playing tennis, gardening, reading, and writing. I hope my books and reflections help readers find purpose, ask better questions, and discover peace in life’s most difficult moments.
